Uninterested staff, horrible breakfast, and industrial-strength air freshener that stank up the room. Not worth the money.

The hotel sits atop a hill, offering a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views of the Beagle Canal. The room and toilet are clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping. The staff is professional, helpful, and polite. It's a 15-20 minute walk or a cheap taxi ride to town. Great value and a relaxing stay.

Spacious rooms with great views of the Beagle Way. The hotel is warm and cozy, providing a welcome refuge from the cold outdoors. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Ushuaia.
