The hotel staff at Howard Johnson Plaza were extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay. They honored our request to take care of our delayed baggage, which was delivered by the airline three weeks later. The front desk personnel were knowledgeable and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything we needed. It was conveniently located on a pedestrian street, offering shopping and dining options. The hotel was also just one block away from the Red Hop on Hop off Stop #10 for Plaza San Martin. We were able to enjoy a good breakfast every morning and had a spacious and comfortable room with multiple beds for our family.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, which is not always the case in other hotels. I was impressed with the quality of service and the enhanced comfort this hotel provided.

I had a really comfortable stay at Howard Johnson Plaza. The location was ideal, right on pedestrian-only Florida Street, with easy access to taxis and transfer vans. The hotel doormen were incredibly helpful. The room I stayed in was refurbished, clean, and spacious, with a good-sized bed. I also appreciated the availability of Wi-Fi in the lobby. I'll recommend this hotel.
