During my stay at Imago Hotel & Spa, I had a fantastic experience exploring the National Park. The hotel helped me arrange a tour of the glacier, and it was a most fantastic day. The location of the hotel is beautiful, with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains from my room. The peaceful and quiet environment, away from the bustling city, made it the perfect place to relax. The free shuttle service provided by the hotel made it convenient to get into town when needed. The bar had excellent food and a great view, and the breakfast offered plenty of delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their English proficiency made communication easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay.

I also loved the location, which was just a short walk from some of the area's top attractions. On top of all this, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to make me feel right at home.

While there were many things to love about this hotel, there were also a few things that left something to be desired. For one, the hotel was a bit dated and could definitely use a renovation to freshen things up a bit.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the city center, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Juan who went above and beyond to assist with tour reservations. The spa services are a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

The sauna hours could be extended to accommodate guests who prefer to use it after dinner.

The hotel was very beautiful and impressive from the outside. the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, offering stunning views of the lake. the breakfast buffet and restaurant were fabulous, providing delicious meals. the staff were all friendly, helpful, and professional, providing excellent service. the hotel had a nice swimming pool that was almost empty in the mornings, allowing for a peaceful swim. the free shuttle service to town was convenient and saved us money on taxis.

One downside was that the hotel was somewhat far from town, making it inconvenient to walk. However, the free shuttle service provided by the hotel every hour helped alleviate this issue.
