The staff is excellent, providing top-notch service and assistance. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, with standout items like freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel also offers facilities such as a spa and a bar with amazing cocktails.

There have been some negative reviews regarding the front office manager's attitude towards guests.

During my stay at Las Hayas Resort, I was captivated by the stunning views overlooking the beagle channel and the city. The tranquil atmosphere created an oasis of serenity throughout the property. The spa and massages offered were rejuvenating and added to the overall sense of relaxation.

Although the staff was generally very friendly and accommodating, there was one incident that stood out. While enjoying a soothing massage, a group of families entered the whirlpool area with several noisy children, disrupting the peaceful ambiance.

the shuttle service to the nearby city was infrequent and often too crowded, making it difficult to get to and from the hotel. Despite these issues, we still had a great time overall.

The location advantages were amazing, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and access to lovely walking paths.

The only minor issue I experienced at this hotel was that the room was a little too warm. However, opening the windows provided a solution to this problem.
