My stay at Los Acebos was exceptional. The staff made me feel welcome and their fluency in English was a bonus. The view from my room on the 3rd floor overlooking the Beagle channel was breathtaking. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious with comfortable beds. The location, although outside of downtown, was easily accessible with a free shuttle or a quick taxi ride. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stunning views of the port, especially during sunrise. Requested a room with better view and staff accommodated it. Complimentary shuttle to town is a plus, but taxis are also affordable. Activities like archery available. Efficient and friendly staff who are fluent in multiple languages.

We had a great stay at this hotel, located high on the hill above town with breathtaking views of the Beagle Channel. The room was spacious and had a fantastic view. The staff was friendly and spoke English, which made communication easy. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options. Additionally, the hotel offered a shuttle service to the port and tourist stalls, making it convenient for us to explore the area.

The bathroom was a bit outdated and the shower temperature was inconsistent, which was a minor inconvenience.

The rooms were spacious, clean and had lovely scenic views. the staff was helpful and provided a strong level of customer service.

There were some unpleasant aspects of the hotel. the building's architectural structure allows for sounds to travel effortlessly.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, especially overlooking the Beagle Channel. The walks around the hotel, including the trek up to the Martial Glacier, were beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. As a couple, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We felt very well taken care of, with no complaints at all.
