During our stay at Novotel in Buenos Aires, we were thrilled with its fantastic location in a vibrant part of the city. It was just a short walk to the center and many of the popular tourist attractions. We easily explored the city on foot, even visiting Evita's resting place in Recoleta cemetery. The hotel is also conveniently surrounded by theaters and an array of restaurants.

While most of the staff were polite and courteous, we did have one issue with the billing. However, the manager apologized for the inconvenience promptly.

I recently stayed in a luxurious 4-star hotel in Buenos Aires and it was such a great experience. The hotel is located in a busy and lively area, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and entertainment venues. It was so convenient to have everything I needed right at my doorstep. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, especially Palo at the front desk. He provided me with all the information I needed about the city and made my stay even more comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit this area in the future.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the center of the city. It is conveniently situated near theaters, making it easy to catch a show. Additionally, the hotel is close to the Metro, making it convenient for getting around.

There were some private events in the main bar area that excluded the use of the bar for regular guests, forcing them to go out in the cold to look for alternatives.

Spent Christmas in a centrally located hotel, easy walking distance from some key attractions. the staff were friendly and welcoming, with a great breakfast spread to start each day. the room was modern and clean, with a spacious bathroom and comfortable bed.

The pool area was lacking in towels and had some restrictions on bringing in outside food and drinks. the room was dimly lit at night, making it difficult to comfortably read or work in the evenings.

This hotel is ideally located, with main attractions such as the Oblisco, Florida Street, and Plaza Mayor just a short walk away. For those who prefer to dine out, there are numerous restaurants right in front of a huge theater just across the street. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-lit, with a comfortable work area. The bathroom is excellent, with a large shower and separate toilet and bidet. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the breakfast offers a wide selection of high-quality food. The hotel also has a pool area and outdoor restaurant facilities.

The availability of tourist information at the reception could be improved.
