We had a great time during our new year stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to wineries and restaurants. the concierge team provided excellent service, helping us with reservations and transportation. the spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for a relaxing stay.

They were dirty and in need of replacement. Despite this, the housekeeping staff tried their best to keep the rooms clean.

We spent our Thanksgiving vacation at a hotel in Argentina and overall had an enjoyable time. the staff was friendly and attentive. We appreciated the complimentary welcome drinks and cookies upon arrival. the hotel was conveniently located near great restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from our room's balcony.
