Great hotel! the rooms were spacious and clean, with luxurious bathrooms. the beds were super comfortable, and the daily turndown service was a nice touch. the front desk and concierge staff were incredibly helpful and kind, especially Florencia, Juan, Gaston, and Edouardo. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Plus, the location was perfect, close to all the sites and restaurants we wanted to visit.

The only downside was the pool area, which could use some updating. the outdoor area and reclining chairs were a bit worn and could be improved.
