Great views from the dining room. Good breakfast and substantial evening meals. Well located with a nice walk to the city center. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Diego. Lovely grassy area by the lake. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located pretty close to the center of Bariloche, only a 20-minute walk away. Additionally, it offers a breathtaking view of the lake and even has a private access to the water. The staff is nice and very helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

The hotel lacks proper communication with the staff, particularly for English-speaking guests.

The amazing lake view from the room was breathtaking and very relaxing. The hotel staff was friendly and always happy to help. The location was great, close enough to the center of the city to walk, yet far enough to be peaceful and quiet. The hotel's restaurant had excellent food with a great selection of dishes. Plus, the dining room had fantastic views of the lake.

The hotel room was not well-insulated and it was chilly, especially at night. The breakfast was okay, but there could have been more variety.

The view from my room at Patagonia Hotel was absolutely stunning. I couldn't get enough of the scenic beauty that surrounded me. The location was also convenient, with just a short 10-20 minute walk to the city center. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable and the value for money was excellent.
