We had an excellent stay at the hotel, with great staff , a beautiful pool, and a lovely ambiance. The veg burger at the restaurant was a standout, and the property was gorgeously maintained. The spacious suites offered stunning views of the pool and mountains, and the restaurant provided an enjoyable dining experience, with a knowledgeable waiter and great wine selection. The check-in and check-out experiences were excellent, and the drive to the hotel was breathtaking.

We stayed just outside the city center, surrounded by vineyards. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the vineyard next door. The room itself was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom could use a little touch-up, but overall it was clean and functional. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they even went out of their way to make us a little something for lunch even though the restaurant was closed. The breakfast spread was decent, with options for cooked omelettes made to order.

The reception staff could have been more welcoming and engaging.

Great food and wine! the light meals were very cheap. the location was perfect for us, with easy access to the nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the public areas and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

the WiFi was extremely slow, which made it hard to stay connected throughout the hotel. Another issue was that there was no kettle in our room, and hot water wasn't provided on request.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The massage I received was amazing, and the sun terrace and garden areas provided just the right amount of privacy and comfort. The restaurant had the most wonderful meals, served with perfect timing and attentive service. Also, the room advantages were amazing with a spacious and beautifully curated room with a stunning view of the outdoor swimming pool and the surrounding mountains.

There was only one small issue during my stay: the staff at breakfast could have been more attentive as I had to go out of my way to order certain items. However, this was a minor issue and did not deter from the amazing experience I had at this hotel.
