I had a very pleasant stay at Puerto Limon. The bed in my room was comfortable and the sheets and pillows were clean. The hostel had a good atmosphere and I felt relaxed during my time there.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as some noise from the street and limited bathrooms in the dorm, overall I am happy with my stay at Puerto Limon. The hostel was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the staff provided great recommendations for food and activities.

The bathrooms were often dirty and the kitchen was lacking enough countertops. the common area was small and connected to the reception.

We had a late flight on the day of check-out, and the staff allowed us to stay at the hostel and use the facilities until we had to leave for the airport. This level of flexibility is rare and greatly appreciated. The 24-hour reception and high security also added to our peace of mind.

As a light sleeper, I found it necessary to use earplugs due to some noise coming from the street. Additionally, the WiFi connection was sometimes spotty, which could be a bit frustrating.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Puerto Limon. The location in San Telmo was perfect, with the market, square, and plenty of restaurants and breweries nearby. The street and neighborhood were quiet and safe, exceeding our expectations. Our private room was huge, clean, and extremely comfortable. The hostel itself had a cozy and cool atmosphere, just like the pictures showed. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and they even cleaned our room daily. We also enjoyed the nice breakfast and the sense of community in the hostel.

She did a smooth check-in, showed me around the hostel, and gave me important tips about the city. I was impressed by the extra mile service when she ordered food delivery for me as I was hungry and didn't have any local currency. The hostel had comfortable beds, big lockers, and a spacious kitchen and common area. The location in a nice neighborhood made it easy to explore the city by foot or public transport. The staff was always available at the 24-hour front desk and provided assistance with any questions I had.

The air-conditioning in one of the rooms stopped working properly, only blowing warm air.

I recently stayed at Puerto Limon in San Telmo for a week and had an amazing time. The hostel was spotless and our private room felt like a hotel room. The staff was friendly and gave great recommendations. They even upgraded us to a superior double room. The comfortable bed and air conditioning made our stay even better. The hostel had a great atmosphere with social areas, free computer use, and a lovely outdoor patio. The impromptu pizza night was a hit too.

During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the character of the hostel. The cozy sitting area with a comfortable couch created a welcoming atmosphere. The hostel's air conditioning was a lifesaver, keeping me warm in the chilly weather outside. Additionally, the staff's ability to speak English and provide helpful information made my stay more enjoyable.

Sadly, there were a couple of aspects that did not meet my expectations. First, the cleanliness of the hostel fell short, as I found hairs on the pillow upon arrival and the bed sheets and towels appeared to be washed but were quite discolored.

The communal area was great, with a spacious kitchen and a nice patio area. The showers were also good and the atmosphere was mostly quiet, which was a bonus.

That there was construction happening during my stay, which meant that there were paint fumes throughout the hostel and construction noise starting early in the morning. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hostel has excellent facilities, a great communal area, and is located in San Telmo, the perfect spot for party people.

Felt very homey, no complaints whatsoever.
