My recent stay at Serena Hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with shops and tourist attractions nearby. The pool and sauna were a nice surprise in the basement. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Buenos Aires. The location was perfect, within walking distance of excellent restaurants and in the heart of the business district. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful pool and patio area to relax in.

The front desk staff could have been more attentive in their service.

This hotel is artfully decorated and the staff was extremely helpful. The refined ambiance is luxurious with exclusive amenities like a spa, massage, sauna, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The sun terrace had sun loungers with a garden area, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The food served at the restaurant was mouth-watering, and the in-room breakfast was delicious. The location was also excellent.

The only minor issue was that there was no snack bar available, which was inconvenient at times. we had a wonderful stay, and this hotel fulfilled our luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities, excellent location, and welcoming staff.

The garden was a nice spot to relax after a day out in the city. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.

There was only one ironing board and iron in the hotel, which was a real inconvenience. Breakfast was the same every day and laundry service was slow, taking at least 24 hours.
