Exceeded our expectations

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful and spotless, with a huge flat-screen TV that made my stay even more enjoyable. The outstanding service truly exceeded my expectations. When I needed a cable that I had forgotten, the receptionist went above and beyond to help me locate one at a nearby shop. The restaurant service was also exceptional, and the food, though standard Argentine fare, was hot, beautifully presented. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel, it offered exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the restaurant served delicious food with special diet menus available. the outdoor swimming pool and the spa centre provided a relaxing setting, with a sauna and a steam room available.

Although I had a great experience, the solarium could have been better, as the sun loungers were somewhat uncomfortable. But this was a minor issue compared to the great aspects of the hotel.

The hotel offered a great pool area and a fully equipped gym, which made it easy to stay active during my New Year's trip. the staff was incredibly helpful and made check-in and check-out a breeze. the location was also ideal, being close to the city center and within walking distance of many popular attractions.

The hotel did not meet my expectations regarding the room quality. the carpets were old and worn out, and there were some issues with the doors, making it difficult to enter the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Tucuman that exceeded all my expectations. The location was fantastic, right opposite a beautiful park, and there were some of the best restaurants in town within walking distance. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed that provided me with a great night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped, and the service provided by the friendly staff was outstanding. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the hotel's restaurant, and the views from the dining area were breathtaking.

One aspect that could be improved is the variety of food options in the restaurant.

The staff was great, friendly, and helpful. The spa and gym were open all day with no reservations needed. Affordable massages available. Comfortable king-size bed. Nice views of the park. Good location near the center.
