The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop that provides easy access to the beautiful Llao Llao area along the lake. It is also situated next to the town center, making it convenient for exploring the local attractions. The rooms are clean and the staff provides good service, always with a cheerful attitude. The breakfast spread offers a variety of options, although it leans more towards sweet items.

Eating in the rooms is not allowed, which can be disappointing if guests want to bring food in and relax in their rooms.

Centrally located, close to civic centre. Helpful front desk, provided maps and bus cards for hiking trail. Excellent buffet breakfast, wide variety. Fantastic lake view from room. Strong wifi.

Well-equipped and tastefully decorated alpine-style rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and multilingual staff provide helpful advice on tours and activities. Good selection of breakfast options with a nice lake view. Convenient location near civic square, walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Nothing, all great.

Great city location! Just right for going around the city, attractions nearby, everything was accessible. Very good view of the fireworks display during the New Year. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, had a decent spread.

But, the price we paid was a bit expensive, considering some things that could have been better. the room was a bit smaller than we expected, and the bathroom could use some updates.
