I recently stayed at Villa Vicuna Hotel Boutique for 3 days and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious outdoor areas to relax in and a great breakfast area overlooking the street. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even inviting me to have breakfast upon my early arrival. The location is fantastic, close to all the main attractions and superb local restaurants. The rooms were charming and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and a great walk-in shower. I highly recommend this charming and elegant hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the beautiful garden room and the vibrant planting in the garden. The location, just a short stroll away from the main plaza and the convent, was perfect. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, especially with parking arrangements. The large bathroom with a great shower was a bonus.

We felt welcomed into the family, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay! The hotel had a charming colonial-style decor, which added to the holiday ambiance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved the fact that they were beautifully decorated. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was right in the heart of town. We were able to easily explore the nearby restaurants and sights.

One thing that we didn't like was that some renovations were underway during our stay. This meant that we couldn't enjoy certain areas, such as the pool and garden, which was a bit disappointing.
