We had an exceptional stay at 14 Floor Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Our room was clean and modern, with a breathtaking view of the city and mountains from the veranda. The breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. Despite a minor issue with noise from a rooftop party, we would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities. we had a wonderful experience at 14 Floor Hotel and would stay here again.

This hotel is centrally located and offers a stunning view of the city. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Free coffee and tea are available all day, and the breakfast is amazing. Highly recommendable!

Felt safe and secure, nothing too much trouble.

We had a great stay at this hotel, located right in the centre. The view of Ararat mountain from the terrace was incredible. The room was a good size, quiet, and the bathroom had a nice shower. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, including Armenian string cheese. We also enjoyed working in the coworking area for free. a fantastic experience.

The door to the room was a bit difficult to lock from the outside, but this was a minor issue.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of having your own balcony. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which not only had a variety of tasty local dishes but also offered a stunning view of Mount Ararat.

The only minor flaw was the inconsistent water supply during our stay. Nevertheless, overall we had a great experience at this hotel.

During my New Year's stay, I enjoyed the prime location of the hotel - located near popular attractions, restaurants, and stores, making it an ideal location for sightseeing and exploring the city. Another highlight was the amazing view my room had on the terrace – truly breathtaking. I appreciated the pick-up service to the airport, which was convenient and provided a stress-free arrival experience.

My experience at the hotel was not entirely positive. the room was not up to my expectations - the furniture appeared to be quite old, and the bathroom required significant updates.
