I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The location was perfect, as it was a short 10-minute walk to the opera house and a 15-minute walk to the Republic Square. Additionally, there was a large supermarket and exchange place just a 6-minute walk away, making it very convenient. The rooms had simple and tasteful decor, and everything was kept clean.

Can't fault the property in any way.

We recently stayed at a mini-hotel in Yerevan and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore the main sights and attractions. We were also pleased to find that it was just a short walk away from the metro station, which made getting around the city a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had a good warm shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. it was a great place to stay for our family vacation.

While our stay at the mini-hotel was wonderful, we did find that the bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise enjoyable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The price was super reasonable and the location was perfect for where I needed to be. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the view from the room was outstanding, with a balcony where I could watch the sun set and the planes take off and land. The hotel was also conveniently located within walking distance to local restaurants and shops.

The noise from other guests in the hostel disrupted our sleep. They were noisy and inconsiderate, coming back to the hostel late at night and making lots of noise.
