I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the historical center was perfect, with all the main sights just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, a table, and a cupboard. I particularly enjoyed the lovely view from the room, overlooking the city and a beautiful mountain. Additionally, the breakfast offered a nice variety of fruits and the breakfast staff were also very friendly. a wonderful experience at Ani Grand Hotel.

Ani Grand hotel is centrally located with good breakfast options and friendly staff who helped me to secure last-minute restaurant reservations. The room was spacious and clean, and the view of the city was just breathtaking. a great value for the money, despite the minor issue with breakfast timings.

We loved our stay here! This place is located right in the city centre and close to pretty much everything we wanted to see. The staff were exceptional and provided great service including dry cleaning, laundry, and housekeeping. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and free toiletries. We particularly appreciated the electric kettle and flat-screen TV. The hotel's leisure facilities such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna were very enjoyable. The hotel also offers 24-hour reception, 24-hour security, and a bar/lounge area.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, as it was close to everything I needed. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a great variety of fruits and friendly staff. the well-maintained pool provided a refreshing and enjoyable experience.

One receptionist had a poor attitude and was not helpful when we needed assistance. the pool had limited opening hours and was closed on Mondays without any prior notice, making it inconvenient for guests who relied on daily swimming for health reasons.

The best part of our city break was definitely the hotel! the rooftop terrace had beautiful views of the city and we were pleased to find out that they offered complimentary drinks during happy hour. the hotel was also located in the heart of the city which made exploring so much easier. Plus, the free walking tour that we discovered on the hotel's bulletin board was a great first introduction to the sights of the city.

The breakfast buffet was underwhelming and lacked fresh options. We also had trouble communicating with some of the staff due to language barriers.

I discovered an explosion of taste with gourmet meals and enjoyed the convenience of in-room dining. The hotel's historic charm and convenient location made it easy to explore the city.

Lifts took forever and breakfast hall felt like a high school cafeteria. So posh!
