The fantastic SPA at Ararat Resort was truly rejuvenating. The treatments provided were top-notch, allowing us to fully unwind after a long day of exploring. The hotel's restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, expertly prepared and presented. The picturesque and peaceful location added to the overall charm of our stay. The exceptional service provided by the hotel staff made us feel valued and welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

The free shuttle service to the nearby attractions was excellent. the chocolate cookies at breakfast were fantastic. the hotel was located in the midst of a beautiful and peaceful forest.

The staff was inexperienced and didn't speak English well. We received poor service and often had to wait a long time for assistance.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that provided a luxurious and comfortable stay. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi were the highlights of this resort. the spa centre offered luxurious massage services and a relaxing spa lounge area. the location, among the forest, was perfect to disconnect and unwind. the garden area was lovely, and the entertainment provided was great.

The only minor issue we noticed was the service. Although the staff was friendly, they could be more experienced and trained in the hospitality sector.
