She provided excellent customer service, giving us recommendations for restaurants and helping us arrange tours and taxis. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the rooftop with its amazing view of Mount Ararat. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Spent my New Year holiday at a hotel with a great location, just a few blocks from the metro and close to shopping centers. the room was spotless, and the bed was big and very comfortable. the view from the rooftop was breathtaking. the staff was also great, they were very friendly and helpful throughout my whole stay.

The breakfast options were a bit limited for my liking. the heating system was not working properly, and I had to ask for an extra heater since the room was quite cold.
