We recently had a romantic escape and stayed at a beautiful hotel in Yerevan. The room was lovely, and even though it was a smoking room, it did not smell like cigarettes. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the fact that the whole place was very clean. We also loved the facilities the hotel had to offer, like the sauna and spa. Additionally, when our flight was delayed, the restaurant staff accommodated us after checkout time and we had a delicious meal.

There were a few aspects that we were not completely satisfied with. The bed in our room was quite hard and the room itself was uncomfortably hot, despite having air conditioning.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing! They had a wide variety of options, including delicious cheeses, meats, and cereals. It was a great way to start the day and definitely had a European touch to it. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. From the doorman to the front desk and restaurant staff, everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also convenient. It was easy for taxi drivers to find and close to the city center. It made getting around the city much easier during our stay.

The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is located very near the city center, only a 5 to 10-minute walk away. The staff and employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a nearby money changer and mini shop for convenience. The hotel is very comfortable, especially during winter. I would recommend requesting a higher room like room 405 with a window to see Mt Ararat, it's a beautiful view. The breakfast at the hotel is also good.
