The customer service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff like Karine, Nirine, and Mariam at the reception. The location was great, just a short walk to the Cascade area and restaurants. The breakfast had a good variety and the hotel was clean. The room was spacious and well-prepared, with a comfortable bed and an elevator in the hotel. They also provided airport shuttle and umbrellas.

It was all superb.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of Yerevan. the location was fantastic, with all the major attractions just a stone's throw away. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, remembering my name and room number. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with the added bonus of an elevated bedroom. The selection of breakfast options, including the authentic Armenian-style black coffee, was a delightful start to the day.

All was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and even provided us with a free SIM card upon arrival. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, and we were happy with the prompt and efficient service. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with freshly made and warm food. The hotel is situated close to all the major attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

The lift was a bit small and could be a tight squeeze at times.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty to do within walking distance. the 24-hour bar was a great feature, with quick service and a variety of options. the breakfast each morning was healthy and tasty, offering a variety of choices. the staff was very helpful, respectful, and professional, especially one staff member who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

I do not have any negative aspects to mention about my experience at this hotel. Every aspect from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendliness of the staff was exceptional.
