I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, nestled near a beautiful river and surrounded by lush forest-covered mountains. The view from my balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options. I also loved the live music on Saturday evenings, creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for a memorable stay.

Our stay at Dilijan's Dilijazz Hotel & Restaurant was fantastic! The spacious and clean rooms were furnished with taste, and we even had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountains and forests. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive, helping us with our luggage and providing excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant, and even though the bill was from a separate establishment, they had no problem adding it to our room for easy payment during checkout. The forest cafe on the premises was a lovely spot to relax, although the cocktails could be improved. Despite a minor inconvenience with the gym, our overall experience was amazing and we highly recommend staying at this hotel in Dilijan. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It offers a convenient base for visiting the nearby monastery and exploring the forest and river areas. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture and appliances. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a good choice of food. The hotel also offers a pleasant spa zone with a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness zone.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at a hotel surrounded by beautiful nature, with mountains and a river nearby. the rooms were clean and quite comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We particularly appreciated the complementary tasty breakfast and the good choice of delicious entrées in the restaurant. the hot tub, sauna, and gym were pleasant pluses.

The pool, gym, and spa were supposed to open at 8:30 am, but they were not available at that time. We had to call the staff to unlock the doors for us, which was a hassle.
