The beds are extremely comfortable, the restaurant has amazing food, everything fresh and the breakfast is exceptional as well. The spa is free for hotel guests and the accommodation there is really nice and relaxing, definitely worth it. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and modern. We loved the purple light in the shower and the fact that they upgraded us to a bigger room. The fresh baked cookies upon check-in were a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 7-minute walk to a delicious Halal restaurant called Taboulleh and only 15 minutes to the City center where we enjoyed the singing fountains show. The spa in the basement was great, we appreciated the complimentary steam bath and ice shower. an amazing hotel experience!

The only negative aspect I found during my stay was the limited English channels on the TV. However, this didn't bother me too much as there were plenty of other things to enjoy during my time at the hotel.

The room amenities were outstanding, with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay, from the mini-bar to the sitting area. And the spa and wellness center was a true oasis of relaxation, with a range of indulgent treatments to choose from. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that truly made my stay memorable.

The hotel staff lacked in the customer service department and failed to accommodate some of our requests. the rooms were a bit outdated and could have used some renovations.

The property is conveniently located near the financial center and also close to the republic square. Moreover, the hotel had a ramp for the baby stroller and wheelchair, ensuring accessibility for all guests.

The staff were unable to deliver the required services and there was no proper handover of tasks between different shifts. the AC was not functioning properly, resulting in a very warm room at night.
