Convenient location, spacious & comfortable room with city view, delicious breakfast buffet with terrace option, incredibly hospitable staff, great amenities.

During our New Year’s stay, we were pleasantly surprised with two complementary drinks provided at arrival, and a free upgrade of our room. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, with easy access to numerous restaurants and bars. the view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking and perfect for enjoying the fireworks.

The poor service really soured our experience. the staff seemed disinterested and lacked a sense of urgency.

Upon arrival, we were amazed by the luxurious amenities and stylish decor of this hotel. The staff was highly professional and attentive to our every need, ensuring that our stay was truly exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the Spa and wellness centre, with its relaxing Sauna and Jacuzzi, as well as the Turkish bath and Massage services. The entertainment on offer was also top-notch, and we were thoroughly impressed by the Restaurant's delectable dishes. We opted for the private facilities, which made our stay even more exclusive. The location advantages made it easy to explore the city.

While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, there was one minor issue that we encountered during our stay. The Lounge area had a strange playlist of music, which did not suit the atmosphere of the venue at all.

Our stay at Golden Palace Hotel was exceptional. The hotel staff messaged us before our arrival to offer a transfer, which made our transportation arrangements seamless. The rooms were well equipped, very clean, and stocked with plenty of free toiletries. The breakfast options were delicious, and we loved the beautiful breakfast room with its stunning views of the city. The gym was suitable for light exercise, and the staff were top class - incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly. we highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a hotel located in the heart of the city, right in the bustling commercial area. It was so convenient to get around, especially with local taxis available nearby. We were just a short walk away from the Republic square, which was a great starting point for exploring the city. The room we had was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The spa facility was unfortunately not accessible during our stay, which was a disappointment.
