The pool was clean and relaxing, providing a great way to unwind. The location, although not central, was easily accessible by affordable taxis.

There were issues with the shower in our bathroom. Water was spilling all over the floor and there was no bath curtain provided.

Had a great Christmas at the hotel. the breakfast and dinner were good and included a variety of items to choose from. the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. the pool was also well-maintained and clean. the hotel was located in a nice and safe area with convenient transportation options and great views of the city.

We had issues with the heating in our room, and it was quite cold at night. the staff did their best to fix it, but it took a while for the room to warm up.

The staff were attentive and friendly, the food was delicious and affordable, the breakfast had multiple options, the rooms were spacious and clean.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, with Koryun, Nare, and Mary always available to assist us. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options, especially the homemade cakes. The pool was sparkling and refreshing, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. we had a wonderful experience at Grand Hills and highly recommend it.
