The hotel is located in a prime location, close to many attractions and right in the center of the city. It provides easy access to Republic Square, which is less than 200 meters away. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options and is sure to leave you satisfied. The hotel also provides good quality WiFi throughout the premises, making it convenient for business travelers.

We had booked a big room but were given a small room when we checked in. However, when we informed reception, they promptly changed our room. We were impressed with their quick response and were satisfied with the resolution. The location of the hotel was excellent, near Republic Square and many restaurants and cafes. The staff, particularly Ms. Tamara, Ms. Lilit, and Mr. Narek, were very helpful and provided excellent suggestions for tourism. The mattresses in the rooms were firm and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The presence of a Shattaf/hand bidet spray in every bathroom was a convenient feature for Middle-Eastern/Indian visitors. despite a small issue with the room, we enjoyed our stay at National and would recommend it to friends.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome and complimentary drink upon arrival. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions and local transportation.

Our stay was marred by the persistent construction noise from a nearby building which impacted our relaxing stay. the breakfast spread was ordinary and lacked variety.

Luxurious amenities and prime location made my stay here unforgettable. The indoor swimming pool, live entertainment, and full body massage at the Spa & wellness centre exceeded my expectations. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were impeccable and presented a wide variety of dishes and drinks. The private facilities were exclusive and allowed me to relax in peace, with no disturbance.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of milk being included with the room's tea/coffee making facilities. However, the issue was quickly resolved with prompt room service, at a small cost.
