This hotel, Ibis, provided a safe and welcoming experience. The staff, including our host Earnest, went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location is fantastic, with everything within walking distance, including the glamorous Yerevan city walk area. The hotel room was comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as plugs by the bed, a TV with English channels, and a good shower. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and a convenient option, especially since we experienced some mistreatment and rude behavior when dining outside. our stay was enjoyable and we even extended it for three additional nights.

This hotel is amazing! it has an unbeatable location in the city center that makes exploring the city a breeze. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making for a warm and welcoming experience. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Not to mention the delicious breakfast served every morning that satisfies the hunger before stepping out for the day.

Staying in the heart of the city is amazing, as there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. I loved that the hotel is right next to the pedestrian street with plenty of street performers. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff service was great. In the morning, guests can enjoy a filling breakfast with plenty of options.

Some guests faced issues with their airport pick-up and room allocations.

Really appreciated the two complimentary drinks on arrival and the tasty breakfasts every morning. the location was spot on too, right in the heart of the city and close to all the other hotels. What made it even better was having Youtube access on the TV, which was a real bonus.
