We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the center of the city. The staff was incredibly polite and respectful, always quick to help us with any requests we had. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room to a more spacious and comfortable one with beautiful furnishings. The breakfast spread was absolutely lavish and delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy our taste buds. Additionally, the hotel provided expanded parking facilities with surveillance cameras, ensuring the safety of our vehicle.

I decided to book a solo trip to this ski town and found a cozy and modern hotel not far from the slopes. The location was perfect, with great restaurants within walking distance and beautiful panoramic views from the room. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even helping me find a taxi late at night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided a variety of delicious options.

I was disappointed to find that there was no bidet in the bathroom.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of the room I stayed in at Kecharis Hotel And Resort. The two-floor layout added an extra touch of luxury, and the full bathroom by the bedroom and half-bath by the living room were convenient. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, offering a free upgrade to a better room and an all-inclusive package. The hotel's location in the center of town was also a major advantage.

While the noise from Gavin Orbeli street was a bit bothersome, it didn't significantly impact my overall experience. The temperature in the room was a bit warm due to the lack of air conditioning and the inability to keep the balcony door open.

Lavish breakfast and expanded parking with surveillance cameras. Convenient ski rentals and free shuttles to the ski lodge. Beautiful panoramic views and helpful staff.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Great central location. Fantastic gaming facilities. Warm welcome and room upgrade. Nice view and balcony furniture. Good shower pressure. Many nearby restaurants and bars. Impressive gym facilities.

We recently spent our New Year's holiday in a hotel nestled in a beautiful location surrounded by stunning mountains. the staff was very friendly and provided us with complimentary wine on our arrival. the hotel had great entertainment facilities like bowling, table tennis, and snooker. the location was prime with fantastic restaurants nearby. One of the best aspects was the availability of loads of vegetarian cuisine that we enjoyed a lot.

The absence of air conditioning, making the room stuffy and hot during summer. We later learned that this wasn't unique to this hotel but a common issue in local hotels.
