The staff was exceptional - friendly, professional, and beautiful. The hotel exceeded expectations with its amazing views, excellent facilities, and complimentary wine. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. Reception and concierge were helpful in organizing trips.

The room came with a small kitchen and a massage bath. Thai Spa on top floor has swimming pool and hammam. Staff went the extra mile to please. Reception and concierge helped with organizing trips. Good location for exploring city on foot.

There is a minor inconvenience with the hotel's main entrance being near a large garbage container.

The complementary drinks and chocolates offered were a sweet treat during our romantic escape. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions of the city. Plus, the room size was ample, with spacious living areas and a comfortable bed.

The negatives outweigh the positives. the air conditioning was incredibly noisy and disruptive, making for a poor sleep experience.

We stayed at this hotel and it was perfect! The location is on a quiet street with shade giving trees at the northern edge of the central part of this place. The service is top-notch with room service, car hire, and laundry, among other amenities. The room itself was spacious with an in-room kitchen, dining table, and separate tub and shower, and comes with the added bonus of soundproofed rooms for a peaceful night's sleep. The spa and wellness centre was a great place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing, with a sauna and spa lounge. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free welcome drink was a nice touch.

Recommended for families, no negative aspects to report.

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable room setup and the stunning view from our window overlooking Mayr Hayrenik and Cascade. The location was perfect, with the Opera and Republic Square just a short walk away. The gym and sauna facilities were a great addition, and we loved the knowledgeable and friendly barman, Eduard. The sky bar offered breathtaking views and delicious cocktails, and the added bonus of shisha. we felt like we were at home and will definitely stay here again.
