The location was perfect, just a short walk from major sights and the market. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, iron, microwave, stove, and kettle. The apartment was also equipped with power sockets in every corner and beside each bed, which was very convenient. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this property.

The views from the balcony were stunning, offering a picturesque panorama of the Cascade and Mt. Ararat on clear days. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return in the future.

The lack of Wi-Fi password in the apartment was a minor inconvenience, as we had to rely on finding Wi-Fi on the street to contact the agency. It was also a bit challenging to find the place without the help of local drivers.
