As a disabled traveler, I found the staff at Cartez Boutique Hotel to be incredibly accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me and ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with restaurants, supermarkets, and tourist attractions within easy walking distance. The beds were large and comfortable, and the balconies provided a wonderful view. I can't fault this hotel and I'm grateful for the exceptional service provided.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the excellent facilities to the friendly and helpful staff, I had a fantastic experience. The breakfast, which was supposed to end at 10 am, was extended for me for an additional hour. The bar section and availability of shisha added to the overall enjoyment. The location was ideal, just minutes away from Republic Square and not far from the Blue Mosque. The staff, especially Anna, Mara, and the lady who set up breakfast, were outstanding.

I felt more than at home, no complaints at all.

What a fantastic weekend! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the buffet breakfast and the spotless cleanliness of the room. The hotel's convenient location was really appreciated and the shuttle service was really helpful. I especially enjoyed the two bottles of complimentary water in my room each day, which was a really nice gesture.

The air conditioning in my room was not working well, which made it uncomfortable when the weather outside was hot. , since my room had sloping walls, it was a bit of a challenge to move around easily.
