The staff was helpful and friendly, especially Ksenya and Aram. The location was beautiful and peaceful, especially when it snowed. The room was comfortable and the complimentary meals were delicious. Some language barriers, but received warm greetings.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being close to both the Kecharis monastery and the RopeWay Ski area. It made it very convenient for exploring the area and enjoying outdoor activities. Additionally, the value for money was great, with a variety of options for both breakfast and dinner. the French toast for breakfast and trout for dinner were especially recommended.

The villa was clean and spacious, with a big living room and comfortable pillows and bed. the staff were friendly and responsive, even providing us with extra kitchen utensils when we needed to cook lunch. the location of the hotel was ideal, right in the middle of the ropeway and the city center, making it easy to access all the activities.

Breakfast time was too late, especially for those of us who wanted to go skiing in the morning. Additionally, the hairdryer in the room had a problem, turning off after just a minute of use and then switching back on after 5 minutes.

I recently stayed at Splendor Resort for Christmas and it was an amazing experience! The villa was spacious and comfortable with a big living room and soft pillows. The resort itself was beautiful, exactly like the pictures, and even had snow at -15 degrees. The staff, particularly Ms. Ksenya, Aram, and Ms. Arus, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The chef, Ms. Arus, cooked us delicious fresh food and even let us choose from a variety of local dishes to try. the resort provided excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere.
