The room and bathroom are clean and tidy, with excellent facilities such as comfortable beds and generous towel supplies. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

Housekeeping missed cleaning the room on a couple of occasions.

We had a marvelous stay at this exquisite hotel. The room was superb, with state-of-the-art features and luxurious furnishings. The gym and pool jacuzzi were fantastic, adding to the overall experience. The hotel's prime location in the heart of the city made exploring easy and convenient. we highly recommend The Alexander for an unforgettable stay.

Fantastic luxury hotel located in the heart of the city. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. My room was tastefully decorated and the amenities were fantastic. the location is perfect for exploring the city, with many local attractions within walking distance.

Housekeeping missed cleaning my room on one occasion and even after notifying the front desk, the room was not cleaned. the staff offered a discount for the inconvenience, but it was not processed at check-out.

I had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. The service was exceptional, and the indoor swimming pool with a sauna and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation. The Spa centre offered a full body massage and beauty treatments that were invigorating. The location was perfect, with a library and sun terrace providing a serene ambiance. The in-room breakfast was exquisite, and the bar/lounge area offered a variety of packed lunches and special diet menus.

The venue was great, but the lack of live entertainment was a minor disappointment. However, the quality of other hotel advantages made up for this small issue.
