We absolutely loved the hotel's fantastic location, just a short walk from Republic Square, making exploring the city super easy. The spacious rooms were not only comfortable but also beautifully designed with cultural details. The breakfast selection was delightful, featuring local delicacies and fresh pastries that we enjoyed every morning.

One downside was the occasional slow service of the elevator during peak times.

I was really disappointed with the housekeeping during my stay. The room service was inadequate. they didn't change our sheets for the entire week. Additionally, some cups were just washed with toilet water instead of being replaced, which was beyond unsatisfactory. I feel that for the price we paid, basic cleanliness and service were severely lacking.

We loved the elegant design and comfort of the hotel. Its location was perfect, just a short walk to Republic Square and many local attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful, arranging our taxi to the airport with ease.

the hotel decor is nice but the room service? absoluteley dreadful. they didn't change the sheets once during my entire stay! also, the shower pressure was almost non-existent, and the temperature swings were horrible, either freezing or burning. You would think a hotel of this supposed caliber would have made sure things were up to par. may have considered a room upgrade too but just couldn’t, I guess.

The brekkie was on point—those croissants, flippen delicious! And the staff were like chommies, always keen to help out. Really loved the vibe, especially chilling at the restaurant with all the tasty local dishes. The roekie gorgeous view from my room was the cherry on top!

But I had to vasbyt a bit on the slow WiFi, which was a bit of a pain sometimes.

Request a room with a view of Mount Ararat for a stunning morning sight. The breakfast croissants are a must-try. they are deliciously fresh!

Braw place! The staff were pure brilliant, always kind and helpful. Loved the massive, comfy room with classy touches like fresh soap sets. Only drawback was the silly lift, took ages at busy times. All in all, a cracking spot near heaps of attractions!

I enjoyed my stay, especially the inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. It was nice to find excellent food at reasonable prices. One detail that was disappointing was the noise from a private function at one point, which disrupted the dining experience. The location was close to many attractions, making it easy to explore after business meetings. As a single traveler, I appreciated the warm service from the staff. Overall, it was a memorable experience.

Chur, the location was mint, right near Republic Square, but the room was heaps small and noisy from the lift. Had a fab breakfast though!
