This hotel is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood away from the busy center of the city. It offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with balcony just perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast served is delicious and satisfying.

No improvements needed, everything was fine.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with a nearby mall and shops within walking distance. It is also easy to reach the city center by taking the metro, which is just outside of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff provided good service, keeping the room clean and providing information about the city. The breakfast buffet had a sufficient selection to start the day.

The receptionist's attitude could be more friendly, as mentioned in one review.

Incredible hospitality and upgraded to a VIP room with Jacuzzi and sauna cabin. Room was cleaned daily and breakfast buffet had a good selection. Annie at Reception was helpful in providing information. Convenient location and felt safe. highly recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing new year experience at a hotel in Yerevan. the staff at the reception were very welcoming, and they offered a lot of useful information. the breakfast was mouth-watering and had a nice variety. the hotel's location was in a great area, very close to all the sightseeing spots, and the room was clean and cozy. the complimentary amenities offered were a bonus.

The hotel lacked an elevator, making it hard for people with walking difficulties or a lot of luggage to access their rooms. the room temperature was regulated centrally, making it hard to control it to one's preference.
