Friendly and professional staff, immaculate rooms, perfect location. Huge comfortable bed, relaxing living area. Breakfast on verandah, sunset wine. Wonderful King Size Bed. Cereal, juice, fruit, coffee maker, green tea. Fabulous location, everything thought of. Great outdoor area, plenty of room. Spotlessly clean, attention to detail.

We spent our xmas holiday in a hotel with good location and two TVs. The shopping center was conveniently nearby plus an added bonus of having access to a Japanese food establishment. The hotel offered free coffee and a coffee machine which we thought was a good touch.

The hotel was small and the area for guests to lounge in was uncomfortable, with limited seating. Although advertised as a value for money hotel, it was not clear what our money was going towards and there was poor soundproofing between the front two units making our stay very noisy.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! the location was perfect - close to shops, beach restaurants, and even opposite a golf course. It was so convenient to have everything within reach. Secondly, the service and staff were fantastic. They were always available on the phone from the adjoining unit and were so helpful and friendly. Lastly, the rooms were beautifully decorated with lovely decor, and they had all the amenities you could ask for. I even enjoyed breakfast on the public bbq's on the foreshore. it was a wonderful experience.

Everything was absolutely perfect, nothing to improve!

I had a wonderful stay at 12Th Tee Bnb. The owners, Mel and Grant, were incredibly helpful and genuine. They made sure that everything I needed for a restful stay was provided. The location of the Bnb was perfect, being central to everything in the area but still peaceful and quiet. The property itself was new and well thought out, ensuring a comfortable experience. I would highly recommend 12Th Tee Bnb to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this Bnb.
