The hotel was in a great location, close to all the main attractions. the coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch and the free breakfast pastries were decent.

The room was way too small for my liking, not enough space for our belongings or for toiletries in the shower room. the housekeeping was subpar, with no tissue paper provided, insufficient hangers, and the floors not being mopped or vacuumed properly.

The hotel's location near Central Station makes it convenient to access various areas in the city and there is a shopping mall with a fantastic cinema nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. In addition, guests can enjoy a light breakfast in the mornings.

The cleanliness of the room at 28 Hotel was exceptional. The cleaners truly did a fantastic job and I have to thank them for that. The bed and bedding were also very clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, with Central Station just a 2-minute walk away and easy access to Spice Alley for amazing food. I found the reception staff to be friendly and efficient as well.

One drawback of my stay was that the Lvl 2 corridor was a bit damp and musty upon arrival. However, this did not affect the cleanliness and comfort of my room.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area that is very close to central station, making it easy to explore Sydney's city attractions. The staff are friendly and the rooms provide ample space for my things. Breakfast provided is perfect for a lite snack.
