One memorable highlight was the exceptional service provided by a receptionist named Key, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in experience. the modern amenities and luxurious furnishings truly made this stay a home away from home.

The apartment's location was perfect for our trip to the event at the MCG and easy access to trams. However, the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms during a hot December made sleeping difficult. Overall, the property needs significant upkeep.

Lovely apartment near the MCG. Easy walk to the MCG and sporting precinct, comfortable walk to a nice pub and cafes on Bridge Road. The apartment was light, modern, and very comfortable. Having our own courtyard was a bonus. Having 2 bathrooms and a kitchen was great for our family. I'll recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, within walking distance to the MCG. Two spacious bathrooms were a great bonus. Ample appliances provided, including a coffee pod machine. Quiet rooms with good soundproofing. Easy check-in and check-out process. Excellent location near Richmond station and Swan St for dinner and drinks. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. We will definitely return for future Melbourne trips.

The location was superb, with easy access to MCG and the city center. the room was stylish with an amazing view, especially for watching New Year's fireworks. Relaxing in the well-equipped kitchen and visiting nearby landmarks like the Melbourne Cricket Ground and National Gallery of Victoria created special family moments. Although some noise and cleaning issues were present, overall, it was a delightful stay.
