We loved staying at this luxurious hotel. The ambience and comfort of the established country guest house made it a truly unforgettable experience. The gardens and pool table added a touch of elegance, while the proximity to the famous Rubens restaurant and the gentle walk to the Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa were an absolute treat. We were welcomed with fabulous facilities, endless tea and coffee, and superb cake. The owner, Christine, was incredibly hospitable and concerned for our comfort. The location was perfect, with many places to eat nearby, and the hotel itself was very quiet.

Recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a great time spending our New Year at this spa country guesthouse! The beautiful gardens and atmosphere of the place were very relaxing. We enjoyed the convenient location near local restaurants and the Hepburn Bathhouse, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The communal billiard room was also a highlight for us, as we spent many hours there having fun and enjoying ourselves. the staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

We would have preferred to have more kitchen access for breakfast preparation, as we are not big fans of eating out. However, this is a minor issue compared to the relaxing and comfortable atmosphere this guesthouse offers.

Privacy and close proximity to Hepburn spa bath house and attractions, with hardly any interaction with other guests. Fabulous facilities with endless tea, coffee, superb cake, champagne, and chocolates. Quiet location, within walking distance to restaurants. Outstanding personal service by the owner, who goes above and beyond to ensure comfort. Bubbly and chocolates provided as a delightful touch.

The comfy house and great amenities added to the value for money. The communal lounge with comfy couches was a cozy spot to relax. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.
