The apartment had excellent facilities, including a comfortable bed and kitchen facilities for breakfast and light meals. The location was perfect, with a balcony and close to public transport, local food shopping, and cafes. The staff were helpful and the availability of a gym was a bonus.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to a clinic and being just outside the free tram zone. There were plenty of shops nearby for all your needs. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a good selection of appliances in the kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a complimentary coffee and cookie station in the reception area. it was a pleasant stay.

The lack of parking and the requirement to move or purchase a ticket for street parking was inconvenient.

We were impressed with this hotel. Its location just out of the “free tram zone” was very convenient and it was right on the footpath. The staff were professional and friendly and offered a welcome drink on arrival. The room was well appointed and had amenities such as heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The outdoor dining area was also a nice feature. We appreciated the laundry facilities and grocery shopping service, and the fact that the hotel offered free toiletries and ironing facilities.

We recommend this place to families.

The complementary breakfast was a nice touch and the location was perfect. Only a short walk to the attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby. Plus, the room had a great view of the city skyline.

We had to drive around for ages before finding a spot, and even then it was a tight squeeze. the staff were not very helpful with our noise complaints.

The spacious studio apartment had fantastic facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and a shower with great water pressure. The location was excellent, being only a 7-minute walk to the MCG/tennis center, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The staff were attentive and friendly, meeting all of our requests.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to the city and great local restaurants within walking distance. the room was spacious and well-fitted out, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also had a pleasant surprise when we were upgraded to a better room.

Limited onsite parking was a downside, and it would have been better to inform the hotel about our parking needs in advance. the outdated TV was a bit disappointing, as most hotels now have Smart TVs.

I recently stayed at Adara Richmond and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location was ideal for my needs and the staff were friendly and helpful. The addition of a toilet seat and shower seat in the bathroom made it easier for my wife, who needed a little extra support. The security measures, such as the self-closing door and being able to see our car from the room, were reassuring. The bed height was good and the sheets were excellent, although my wife found it a bit difficult to move around. However, the accommodation could benefit from having block-out curtains to keep out the early morning light. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel.
