The restaurant on-site served a delicious dinner, and the customer service from Shylo was excellent.

The hotel lacks complimentary snacks like biscuits and cheese to enjoy with a cup of tea, which would have been a nice touch for weary travelers.

Our unexpected overnight stay was handled with utmost professionalism by the staff at Adelaide Airport Motel. Despite the late hour, they efficiently managed the influx of guests and our room was clean and well-presented. We were informed about a temporary hold of $200 on our credit card, a precautionary measure for any potential damages, which would be refunded if all was well.

Although it took 5 days for the refund to process, this was a minor inconvenience considering the overall experience.
