The decorations at the hotel were simply delightful, with cozy armchairs and beautiful floral arrangements, making it very inviting for us senior folks. the accessibility for us elderly guests was impressive, with handrails in the bathrooms and easy-to-navigate hallways, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.

The children working there could consider providing more written instructions for older guests; sometimes technology can be a bit overwhelming for us seniors.

We had such a fantastic stay that it felt like we were in a luxurious cocoon, shielded from the bustling city life below. the quiet aircon was our secret weapon against the Melbourne heat, offering us the cool sanctuary we needed after a day of exploring.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional; they were very helpful and friendly. I had a mix-up with my bedding, and they quickly upgraded me to a beautiful apartment with a nice city view. the suite was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, making my stay very comfortable. the location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance of many great spots in the city, which was very convenient for exploring Melbourne.

One area that could be improved at this hotel is the signage and navigation within the building. It was a bit confusing, especially finding my way in and out of the basement car park.

The room at Adina Southbank was spacious and well-furnished, with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that provided a beautiful view of the city. The modern amenities and well-equipped kitchen made our stay comfortable and convenient. The pool and gym were also fantastic, allowing us to relax and stay active during our trip. The location was perfect, within walking distance to local bars, restaurants, and attractions. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The kids were thrilled with the on-site playground and cinema room. the pool was a hit for everyone. Central location made exploring easy.

For dads, it would be great to have more child-friendly dining options.

Great amenities, awesome pool area, and two complementary surprises - a washing machine and a full kitchen, made us truly feel like we were at home away from home. Location was also perfect for the sights and shops.

Our overall experience was let down by poor customer service. We had difficulties during check-in, and the male staff at the front office wasn't friendly or helpful.

We had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, situated in the vibrant area of Southbank. We loved being able to easily access everything, whether it was walking, driving, or taking an Uber. The hotel itself was incredibly spacious, giving us that extra bit of comfort compared to a regular hotel room. The views were stunning and allowed for lots of natural daylight to flood in. The amenities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the refreshing indoor swimming pool. Not to mention, the staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel truly taken care of during our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Checked in at 5:30pm to attentive staff. Upgraded to a room with a king bed. Clean, modern and spacious apartment with great water pressure in the shower. TV in both lounge and bedroom, with chromecast abilities. Lovely view and convenient location. Recommended to family and friends. No negative aspects mentioned.
