Our family had a blast at the family-centered entertainment zone in the hotel – it was like a dream come true with a giant play area, movie screenings, and even a mini arcade! the spacious and clean rooms made our stay incredibly comfortable.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly dining options onsite.

Just stayed in Shoalhaven at a hotel with great breakfast in the room. the rooms had everything we needed for our young children. the staff were fantastic. Would DEFINITELY go back! the swimming pool is even better in person than in photos.

The room was clean and tidy, just as expected. Wi-Fi connected instantly, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus post-cruise. Some extra charges were frustrating, and the front desk service lacked when needing assistance. the room itself was great, but minor inconveniences affected the overall experience.

Attended a conference and stayed at this aparthotel for a weekend. Room was clean, spacious with a handy kitchenette and in-room washer/dryer. Staff promptly replaced a faulty microwave. Free street parking on weekends, close to lakeside dining. Seamless Wi-Fi connection, loved the room decor, cleanliness, and amenities. Perfect spot post-cruise for needed facilities; enjoyed the peaceful stay.

We've stayed at this hotel multiple times and love its convenient location near shops, restaurants, and a new metro station. The studio apartment we had was spacious, comfortable, and had a balcony. The kitchen facilities, bed, and bathroom were great for our family of two small kids.

The location of the hotel is not close to many restaurants, but it is within walking distance of a shopping center with restaurants and a large supermarket. Guests mentioned that it is close to Norwest shops, which is a positive aspect. The rooms are clean and functional, with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.
