The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is situated in the center of the flight path of the airport, allowing you to nearly touch the undercarriage of the jets. Additionally, it is conveniently close to the Botanic Gardens, Mackay airport, and shops. The room was spotlessly clean, with a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. The service provided by the staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast included in the price was delicious and satisfying. the facilities and room advantages were top-notch, including complementary real bottles of milk and freshly cut fruit.

The surrounding area of the hotel did not feel overly safe at night, which is a minor drawback.
