The staff were welcoming and very friendly, explaining where to catch a tram and offering suggestions about the local bars and restaurants. They were professional and extremely easy to deal with, making our stay more enjoyable compared to previous experiences. the location of this hotel was great for us given we had a party nearby. there are several venues nearby that serve delicious breakfasts.

One thing that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower. It became a trickle after a short period of time, making it difficult to shower comfortably.

The carpet could have been cleaner as it had dust along the edges and there was dried coffee on the wall that had not been cleaned. there was some noise from street traffic, so it was harder to sleep in for those looking to rest in.
