The hotel was located in a lively and vibrant area with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. the outdoor swimming pool nearby was a great addition and the local market on Saturday mornings was a highlight of the trip. the hotel was also conveniently located close to Darling Harbour, which provided easy access to other parts of the city.

While the kitchen and living room were well equipped, the rooms did not have enough places to charge devices and there were no lockers available to secure belongings. the bathrooms were not always clean due to other guests and there were some issues with leaking showers.
