The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to public transportation, including the convenient Red Cat bus service. We found it very easy to explore the city during our stay. The spacious studio room we stayed in was well-appointed, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of some of the rooms mentioned by other guests was a concern.

The king bed with feather bed was mind-blowingly comfy, and the pillows were super excellent. The towels were the best we've had in 5 months of traveling. The combo washer/dryer was adequate, though the selection of glasses was a bit lacking. The location in the CBD was jaw-droppingly perfect, with a short walk to the river and tons of nearby restaurants. The value for money was really good, and the staff, especially the young male concierge, were helpful, polite. The free red CAT bus, along with the walking distance to many attractions, made exploring the city a breeze. The ventilation in the rooms was great, and the lift was a plus since we were on the 8th floor. We also appreciated the cheerful and accommodating reception staff and the happy staff member in the Essence cafe. Lastly, the hotel was really understanding and helpful when we had to extend our stay due to complications after my husband's surgery, allowing us to stay in the same room.

Had an amazing Easter vacation in the heart of the bustling city! The hotel offered us complimentary breakfast and a bottle of wine which was such a sweet surprise. We loved how it was just a stone's throw away from major shopping centres and bars, and it only took us a few minutes' walk to get to the train station. Plus, we enjoyed the fantastic view from our room balcony!

Even though we had a good time overall, we did have some minor concerns. The room was a bit dated and lacked proper ventilation, making it stuffy at times.

The room was not comfortable and the bed was not to my liking. there were issues with the air conditioning, as it made the bedroom hot and there were no fans available.
