We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. The unit was modern, well furnished, and had a homely touch. We were pleasantly surprised to find fresh bread, milk, and butter in the fridge, making us feel right at home. The air conditioning was a welcome relief in the 37-degree heat when we arrived. The location was perfect, with beautiful leafy streets and a short walk to a green area and waterfront walkway along the Swan River. The view of the Perth CBD across the water was stunning. There were also several restaurants nearby, and the apartment was centrally located for driving along the riverbank to Freemantle. Additionally, it was only 15 minutes from the airport, and there were freeways everywhere.

Everything is what we need and want.

Clean, spacious apartment with amenities, undercover parking spot, and handy instructions from the host. Well set out and comfortable, with unexpected breakfast included. Public transport nearby, small shopping area around the corner. Homely experience with thoughtful details like a well-stocked pantry and chlor-free water. Great service and provided food for a start.

My recent stay at Allora Apartment Applecross was fantastic. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and had a modern feel. I was pleasantly surprised to find the fridge stocked with essentials like bread, milk, and butter, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The air conditioning was a welcome relief after a long day in the hot weather. The location was perfect, with leafy streets and a short walk to the waterfront for biking, walking, and running along the Swan River. Plus, the view of the Perth CBD across the water was stunning. There were also several restaurants nearby, making it convenient for meals. The central location allowed for easy driving along the riverbank to Freemantle and it only took 15 minutes to get to the airport. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Perth.

The only minor drawbacks were the confusion about the property entrance and parking, as well as the hot water system in the shower not working well.
