the location is unbeatable, right next to the Eagle Express, making it super convenient for hitting the slopes. the rooms were spacious and comfortably furnished, and I loved the stunning mountain views from my balcony. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the on-site amenities, like the cozy lounge and heated pool, made my experience even better.

the location is perfect for hitting the slopes, with ski-in/ski-out access making life so much easier. the staff were super lovely and even stored our gear for us on Friday, allowing us to ski all day without a hassle. They were friendly and incredibly helpful, especially one staff member who was an absolute star. Plus, the breakfasts were fantastic, setting us up nicely for our adventures!

On the flip side, the dryer didn’t work that well, which was a bit of a bummer. if multiple people shower back to back, you might run out of hot water—something to keep in mind during busy times.

we had a fantastic time staying at altitude in falls creek. everything was seamless, and we couldn't ask for a better spot to enjoy our trip.

Staying in this spacious apartment was such a treat! the huge bedrooms and stylish spa bath made it feel like a home away from home. the open plan living area was perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Loved being next to the Eagle Express too!

We hit all the cool spots—biking down those crazy trails and chilling at the scenic overlooks. The location is perfect, right next to the lifts, so we could ski all day and party all night! One thing, though—more late-night hangout spots would’ve been awesome! We wanted a better place to kick back after all the snow fun, maybe a lounge or something to vibe with friends.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was amazing, being close to the ski lifts and everything else we needed. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities like ironing facilities, a dining table, and free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area, which added to our overall experience. The hotel provided all the necessary facilities, including a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with a dryer and electric kettle, and cookware/kitchen utensils. We were truly impressed with the comfort and convenience this hotel offered.

Good location near the mountain. Nice clean rooms and comfortable pillows. Good hot water and heating.

Poor noise cancellation as we could easily hear everything going on outside, including bikes passing by during the day. Lack of privacy as adjacent apartments can easily see into our room.

Well-appointed kitchen, renovated bathroom, convenient access to ski lifts, good value for money, accommodating staff.

Could not be improved in any way.
